Boston police ask public for help identifying suspect in stabbing near elementary school

Boston police are asking the public to help them identify a suspect they say was involved in a stabbing in the city’s Dorchester neighborhood on Thursday.

The stabbing happened on Jan. 9 around 8:45 p.m. at 1660 Dorchester Ave., Boston police said in a press release. The address provided by police is the address for O’Briens Market and Deli, which is located across the street from Henderson Inclusion Elementary School.
