FLINT, MI – A driver died after running off the road and hitting a downtown Flint building early Saturday morning, police said.
Andre Bobby Howell, 31, died after his vehicle struck a building around 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at 400 S. Saginaw Street.
