VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Milton flooded several homes in Volusia County, and Lake Helen was no different.
“Our neighbors… have water in their garage,” said Jessica Dipreta, Lake Helen resident. “They have zero lawn at all. It’s completely covered with water.”
Some had to evacuate after water got into their homes…
