SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is running a victory lap after he secured a stay that stops Harris County’s so-called ‘guaranteed income’ plan.
In a Friday release, Attorney General Paxton says it is the second time a stay has been granted after the county tried to sidestep a court order stopping a similar plan.
