WINNEBAGO, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — Rockford Christian and Stillman Valley split their two regular season matchups in volleyball. The Royal Lions took the rubber match Thursday night to claim a regional championship at the 2A Winnebago Regional. The final scores were 25-22, 25-23. It’s Rockford Christian’s third straight regional championship. This was also the Royal Lions 30th win of the season. They now advance to the 2A Woodstock Marian Sectional next week.
