Auto theft at Denver International Airport down 62% just in time for holidays

DENVER ( KDVR ) — Many airport travelers worry about parking at the Denver International Airport due to vehicle theft.

“There’s been a lot of thefts at the airport ,” said Bill Lobosco.

But airport officials told FOX31 that the number of auto thefts at the airport is down 62% from last year. From January to November of 2023, there were 716 reports of auto theft at the airport, and in the same period in 2024 there were 273.
