DENVER (KDVR) — Denver has proposed getting rid of parking minimums citywide, according to a new plan announced Monday .
The proposed change did not come out of nowhere and is part of the city’s plan to comply with a state law passed in 2024 .
Under the new law, Denver and other Colorado cities will not be able to have any parking minimums for certain new projects starting June 30, 2025.
