Andover Commons apartments in downtown Andover is receiving nearly a half million dollars to hire service coordinators to help connect seniors and disabled persons with critical resources.
The apartment building, which pays homage to New England’s manufacturing heritage in its converted mid-19th century industrial building, Wednesday was awarded $468,780 by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs. The amount came $40 million allocated across the country.
