MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (WAFF) – The license of a Florida surgeon accused of fatally removing a Muscle Shoals man’s liver has been suspended, according to court documents obtained by WAFF.
Joe Zarzaur, the attorney representing William Bryan said he was vacationing in Destin, Florida when he started feeling pain in his abdomen.
