PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – A man has been charged with attempted second-degree homicide after he shot into an occupied FedEx vehicle on Thursday.
According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Brian Quinones, 27, was arrested after firing two shots into the van and nearly hitting the driver on Thursday. The shooting occurred in Cinco Bayou on Annison Court.
