Midland City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission shared an overall sense of agreement while discussing the possibility of a new nonresident rate at Plymouth Pool during a joint meeting on Monday night.
The nonresident rate is part of the proposed recreation fee philosophy that would take effect next year, which City Council will likely vote on in January.
