NORFOLK, Va., Nov. 1, 2024 – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) will host the 2024 Men’s and Women’s Cross-Country Championships on Saturday, November 2, at the Delaware State Outreach & Research Center in Smyrna, Del.
The championship races will begin with the Men’s 8K race at 11:00 a.m., followed by the Women’s 5K race at 12:00 p.m. The top 15 runners from each race will earn All-MEAC team accolades…
