My Best Friend’s Wedding, a new musical based on the 1997 film, makes its world premiere at Ogunquit Playhouse September 26, with performances set to continue through October 27. Tony winner Kathleen Marshall is directing at the Maine venue.
The cast is led by Krystal Joy Brown (Merrily We Roll Along) as Julianne, Tony winner Matt Doyle (Company) as Michael, Lianah Sta. Ana (Miss Saigon) as Kimmy, Morgan Bryant (Mean Girls national tour) as Samantha, Zoe Jensen (Six) as Amanda, Telly Leung (Aladdin) as George, Mark Lotito (Some Like It Hot) as Walter, Austin Phillips (Parade) as Scotty, and Soara-Joye Ross (Hadestown) as Isabelle.
