COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — Whether it rains or shines on Halloween night, kids are always out in full force for trick-or-treat.
Thursday was a successful Halloween in central Ohio even with the on-and-off rain because local trick-or-treaters didn’t let a bit of rain stop them from getting into costume and collecting candy.
