Chicopee teenager arrested after heroin and cocaine found during narcotics investigation

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – A Chicopee teenager was arrested during a lengthy narcotics investigation last month.

In a news release from the Chicopee Police Department, a home on Nelligan Drive was part of the investigation in which the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Michael Drost , was known to have been dealing drugs.

Two Springfield teenagers arrested after loaded firearms seized

On December 20th a search warrant was executed at the home and detectives seized 282 bags with a brown powder substance which they believed to be heroin, a white rock substance which they believed to be crack cocaine, and over $700.

Police arrested Drost, who was home at the time, and is charged with possession to distribute cocaine and possession to distribute class A drug.
