Monroe County man who trafficked cocaine sentenced

SCRANTON, Pa. – A Monroe County man who trafficked cocaine and possessed a firearm illegally has learned his sentence.

Michael Anthony Boomer, 60, of Blakeslee, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Robert D. Mariani to more than three years in prison for trafficking cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to a news release from the Department of Justice.
