BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Bethlehem residents won’t have to pay more in taxes in 2025, as the city continues to aggressively pay down debt and maintain sound financial footing, said Mayor J. William Reynolds during his budget address Wednesday morning.
Reynolds spoke to city leaders and members of the business community at an event organized by the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce inside Foy Hall on the campus of Moravian University.
