MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Senator Tammy Baldwin’s Office announced Friday that Wisconsinites will have more access to high speed internet after $13.2 million in funding was awarded to expand the state’s broadband.
The funding comes from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and is a step towards implementing Wisconsin’s mission of closing the digital divide by making internet more accessible and equitable.
