FOLSOM, Calif. — The Folsom Planning Commission approved last month a 136-unit affordable housing project in the Folsom Plan Area south of Highway 50, and its developer anticipates completion by 2027.
Nevada-headquartered development company Tri Pointe Homes owns the project, which is called Sendero Townhomes. Construction on the 136 two-story, triplex homes will start next month, and units’ final pricing details will be announced once they go on sale early 2025, according to Tri Pointe spokeswoman Holly Auwinger.
“Pricing for the homes at the highly anticipated Sendero community in Folsom Ranch will align with prevailing market conditions, with a focus on remaining attainable for a wide range of customers…ensuring the units are both competitive and reflective of current housing trends,” Auwinger said…
