MacElree Harvey recently welcomed Natalie R. Young as a new Partner to its expanding legal team. Joining the Firm’s Land Use Department in the West Chester office, Young brings extensive experience in construction defect litigation, real estate, and land use matters. She has represented commercial developers, contractors, and homeowners, handling everything from zoning disputes to breach of contract cases.
With a proven track record of managing complex litigation, she has successfully managed the defense of an $80 million construction defect claim and negotiated substantial settlements for homeowner clients. Young has second-chaired several construction defect arbitrations and has argued cases before various courts, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, New Jersey Superior Court, and multiple Zoning Hearing Boards.
