A Delaware City man has been sentenced to life in prison for fatally stabbing his 65-year-old father and then letting him bleed out in the elder man’s Bear home in 2023, the Delaware Department of Justice said.
Investigators said 38-year-old Allan Henderson Jr. had stolen a variety of weapons, including knives and guns, from his father. They also said they found multiple handwritten notes and videos made by Henderson detailing plans to kill his father and others.
