WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police are currently investigating a hit-and-run incident that resulted in serious injuries to three pedestrians early Saturday morning. The collision occurred at approximately 2:02 a.m. in the 1600 block of Delaware Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that the three female pedestrians, aged 33, 35, and 36, had been struck by a vehicle. The driver of the involved vehicle fled the scene immediately after the impact. The victims were promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where they remain in critical condition.
