The Wilmington Police Department is actively seeking help from the community to locate Paul Fleetwood, a 58-year-old man who has been missing for nearly a month. Fleetwood was last seen on November 12, at around 8:50 a.m. on the 500 block of North King Street, as reported by a public alert from the Wilmington Police Department.
