Two Teens Caught in D.C. Armed Robbery Spree

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A series of armed robberies in Northeast D.C. has led to the arrests of two suspects, bringing relief to the community.

On October 15 at approximately 4:36 p.m., the suspects approached a victim walking in the 5700 block of Dix Street. One suspect brandished a firearm, demanding the victim’s property, while another assaulted the victim and made off with their belongings before fleeing on foot.

Just minutes later, at approximately 4:40 p.m., another victim was targeted by multiple suspects at a bus stop in the 5100 block of Nannie Helene Burroughs Avenue. One of the suspects displayed a handgun and demanded property, and the group fled after the victim complied…
