ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM ) – Twin Tiers Comic-Con returns with a special celebration this weekend.
This year’s edition marks the 10th Anniversary of Twin Tiers Comic-Con and the event returns to The Arnot Mall. The primary event will be at the Arnot Mall Event Center located at the former Macy’s store location from 11 am until 6 pm Saturday and then again at the same time Sunday.
