LORAIN, Ohio (WOIO) – One man is in custody for a stabbing at the Lorain Public Library Main Branch on W. 6th Street Monday afternoon.
Roy Lee Fennell, 44, of Lorain, is charged with felonious assault, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business for the attack.
Lorain police responded to the library around 2 p.m.
