Sunday evening storms, then Fall

PITTSBURGH — Showers and storms have started to fire southeast of Cleveland. Rain and storms will push southeast through the area for the rest of the evening. Rain is slightly slower this afternoon, so rain likely won’t get into the far northwest of our area until closer to 6pm and Allegheny County until 8pm (with rain downtown and North Shore by 8:30pm). Rain will clear our area by 10pm with skies clearing overnight.

Fall arrives as we head through the new week with highs in the 60s (some 50s north) on Monday and staying in the 60s through the week. We could see our first frost chance of the season Thursday or Friday morning before we warm back into the 70s for next weekend.
