The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a woman wanted on a couple of charges.
According to the office, Frances Edwards is wanted on the charges of Grand Larceny in the 4th and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Edwards is described as a white female, 5’2, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
