Two people and a dog were rescued after they were trapped in the middle of the Susquehanna river earlier this morning in Endicott.
The call came in around 8:45.
The rescue took place just after 10 at the riverbed of the Susquehanna river, with boats being sent off from Grippen park in Endicott and Freihofer’s on Castle Gardens road…
