OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A portion of State Route 17 is closed in the Town of Owego due to an overturned tractor trailer.
Early Thursday morning, New York State Police at Owego responded to State Route 17 in Owego for a report of a tractor trailer overturned.
