HARTFORD, Conn. — Thousands gathered in Hartford on Tuesday for all the end of year and new year festivities.
“We come here every year, we love coming to the early fireworks,” Tim Larson, Executive Director of the state Office of Higher Education, said. “We love coming back to the city and we usually have dinner at salute after. The city is so friendly, the vibe is fantastic, it’s incredible.”.
