Former Erie Otter Spencer Sova helps Brampton beat current Erie Otters

Assistant coach Wes Wolfe said new goaltender Noah Erliden has been as advertised for the Erie Otters through the opening weekend of their new Ontario Hockey League season.

Unfortunately for them, so was Brampton on Saturday.

The Steelheads, who were listed second in the league’s initial power rankings, showed why early and late in the Otters’ home opener.
