A Columbia man is in jail for what police called an unprovoked attack on his older neighbors — but the situation could’ve ended much worse.
“He would shovel walks, he’d blow the leaves, and then I actually paid him to help with the yard work,” said Beth Mitchell, who lives across the street from Benjamin Sungjin, 42.
