AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF)- With no power to cook and still no water for some, local organizations are coming together to feed thousands around Augusta.
“This is what the Salvation Army is built for. We serve the homeless community every single day, we serve people at risk of homelessness every single day—but anytime there’s a person in need, our mission statement is to meet human needs in his name, without discrimination,” said Salvation Army Development Director Derek Dugan.
