AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A breezy but mild afternoon for the CSRA. Wind gusts this afternoon could reach around 30mph at times. More sun than clouds expected Friday turning mostly sunny for the start of our weekend.
Overnight lows will drop into the upper 20s again for the start of our Saturday. Highs will only reach the lower 50s on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons. An isolated shower is possible Sunday but looks to hold off until Monday for most.
Our next rain maker shows up next Monday as an area of low pressure tracks through the region. Highs Monday will be in the lower 50s. It will also be very windy behind our next front with 30+ mph gusts looking likely.
By Tuesday of next week we will feel the effects of the cold front that will push through the day before. Temperatures will struggle to reach the upper 40s Tuesday afternoon and overnight lows will drop into the low 20s by Wednesday morning…
