JONES COUNTY, Ga. — As Christmas Day approached, many people took to social media or media outlets to express their frustration over delayed packages from FedEx.
Instead of getting ready to wrap up the presents they bought for their family and friends and waiting to see their excited faces, they sat trepidatiously waiting for their gift to arrive. But that gift never came, and a day later, many of those same people are still waiting for any info from the shipping company.
