OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) — Two men in Owensboro have been arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop and foot chase.
According to OPD, officers initiated a traffic stop near W. 5th St and Locust St. on Sunday afternoon. When the vehicle came to a stop, two passengers exited and fled on foot.
Shortly after, officers located 21-year-old Noah Boehman, behind a residence in the 500 block of Cedar St. Police say Boehman was found in possession of synthetic marijuana, and cash and identified as the suspect sitting in the rear passenger seat…
