In 2022, Kentucky and Gonzaga agreed to a six-year series which includes two games at the Rupp Arena, one game in the McCarthey Athletic Center, and three neutral site games. Kentucky has lost the first two games of the series in the Spokane Arena in 2022 and in the Rupp Arena in 2024.
Gonzaga has a record of 9-5 in the Battle in Seattle event and the last time the Zags played in it was a loss to Alabama in 2021, 91-82. I remember being at this game and the environment still bonkers despite the defeat. I expect nothing different in 2024…
