New Haven police stepping up patrols after dozens of car break-ins

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WFSB) – Police in the Elm City are stepping up patrols after thieves targeted dozens of cars.

New Haven police say 30 cars on more than a dozen streets across the city’s Hill neighborhood were broken into and vandalized early Saturday and Sunday morning.
