Cincinnati museum invites people to share experiences with Green Book

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Staff at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center want to include video testimony of those who have experience using the Negro Motorist Green Book.

The opportunity to share the experiences will be Saturday, Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the museum.

The Green Book, created by Victor Green, was used across the United States during the 1930s though the 60s, mapping out the places across the nation that were safe for Black Americans to travel…
