Corewell Health has added visitor restrictions at its Southeast Michigan hospitals amid a rise in respiratory illnesses, hospital officials said.
Under the new guidelines, only two people are allowed to be with a patient during the day, and one person is permitted to be with them overnight.
The restrictions went into effect on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025, at the following hospitals:
- Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital
- Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital
- Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital
- Corewell Health Trenton Hospital
- Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital
- Corewell Health Wayne Hospital
- Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital
