Bella Vista man accused of hiding cameras in Rogers woman’s home

ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Bella Vista man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly stalked and harassed a Rogers woman for multiple years, according to court documents.

David Mullican, 50, was arrested by the Rogers Police Department on Dec. 17 on first-degree stalking, residential burglary, non-financial identity fraud, first-degree terroristic threatening, harassing communications, computer trespassing, criminal trespassing and unlawful distribution of sexual images or recordings charges.

A probable cause affidavit from RPD said officers responded to a harassment call on Dec. 13 and spoke with a woman who claimed Mullican sent harassing texts to her, followed and listened to her through various tracking devices and placed hidden cameras around her home…
