A handful of vehicle break-ins and attempted break-ins spurred Erwin police to remind people to be ever vigilant during this Christmas season.
Erwin Chief of Police Jonathan Johnson reported several vehicles were entered in Erwin sometime Saturday night and the break-ins were discovered by owners on Sunday morning.
