SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Frigid overnight temperatures have hit the Upstate and local shelters across the Upstate and western North Carolina are working to help those with no place to escape the cold.
Experts said the possibility of winter weather this week can be dangerous for those who have no source of heat.
