City of Seattle’s road design led to accident that caused bicyclist ‘catastrophic injuries,’ lawsuit alleges

SEATTLE — The family of a Seattle man is suing the city over a car accident that caused their son “catastrophic injuries,” alleging the road design where the accident occurred obstructs the view for both bicyclists and drivers.

The lawsuit was filed Jan. 3 in King County Superior Court.
