FINDLAY — The director of the Ohio Department of Development on Friday will share insights about the future of workplaces during the University of Findlay’s “Fridays at Findlay” lecture series.
Lydia Mihalik, a member of the governor’s cabinet, is a 2002 University of Findlay graduate and former mayor of Findlay. She will discuss workplace trends and challenges and how the state’s Department of Development is trying to help Ohioans prepare for future employment.
