Javaphiles will have to wait a few more months to get their morning cup at the Bullnose building.
The owners of Brilla Coffee , which they were hoping to open this month, said that some unexpected hurdles have compelled them to delay the opening of their farm-to-cup establishment in the Bullnose Building at 25 Main St. for a few months.
Alexis Vallejos, who owns the store with his wife, Osiris, said work continues on the restaurant, which will offer a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, and that the couple are excited to expand their award-winning establishment, which has a popular location in Holden, to the Chair City in 2025…
