Kody Brown and Robyn Brown’s Flagstaff Home is Sold: Did They Walk Away with a Profit?

Sister Wives stars Kody Brown and Robyn Brown have moved into a new, much larger Flagstaff home. But since the news broke, questions arose as to how the duo could afford the luxurious abode. They now have the answer. Kody and Robyn sold their original Flagstaff mansion just days after closing on their new place and walked away with a tidy profit.

Kody Brown and Robyn Brown make a massive profit on the sale of their Flagstaff home

It’s official: Kody Brown and Robyn Brown have sold the Flagstaff home that appeared on Sister Wives . Back in August, the duo listed the house for sale for $1.65 million, although it seemed to languish on the market. They pulled the listing without explanation the following month, but a deal has officially gone through.

According to the U.S. Sun, Kody and Robyn sold their home on Nov. 4 for $1.75 million, $100,000 over their initial asking price. The five-bedroom, fourth-bathroom abode is located down the street from the parcel of land that the reality TV personalities own but never built on.

The sale is likely a big deal for Kody and Robyn. It is their most profitable, at the very least. The monogamous couple bought the property, with financial help from Janelle Brown and Meri Brown, in 2019 for $890,000. They made a profit of over $800,000 on the sale. They closed on their new home, a mansion worth more than $2 million, just days before the sale was completed.

Other Browns have profited from the Flagstaff real estate market, but not everyone

Kody and Robyn aren’t the only Browns who have profited from selling a Flagstaff property. In 2021, Christine Brown left the state with a tidy nest egg after selling her home in the city. Christine purchased a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home that sat on 2.5 acres of property in 2018. She paid $525,000 for the space. She justified the purchase by claiming no rental properties would accommodate her pets.

Three years later, after her plural marriage to Kody Brown ended, she sold the home ahead of her move to Utah. The house sold for $700,000 after being listed for $725,000. Christine, who was the sole owner of the home, walked away with over $150,000 in profit. She relinquished her rights to her parcel on Coyote Pass as part of a deal with Kody.
