SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A new affordable housing complex is now open is Sacramento’s Railyards District. The Wong Center has 150 units that are specifically for people ages 55 and over, who are considered low or very low income.
“This has been such a good thing for me, especially from where I came from,” said Martha Wagner, a Wong Center resident. “I was about to give up and I never did, and I am so glad that I didn’t.”
