There was early excitement for Loveland after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn’t score again. They fell just short of the Greeley West Spartans by a score of 2-1. The Red Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn’t forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
This is the second loss in a row for Loveland and nudges their season record down to 3-3-4. As for Greeley West, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4-1.
